The ATMOSPHERE Package is an uplighting control option in lieu of having a static, single color setting. The room uplights will be controlled for subtle color-changes to change the mood of your event e.g., an amber color for the guest walk-in, a soft pink color for the first dance, back to amber for dinner, and random color-changes for dancing the night away. A lighting control board is included. A lighting control technician is required. Atmospheric effects can be added.
The SPOT is a basic, but important dance floor illumination package which also includes the ATMOSPHERE package option. The SPOT includes 2 conventional lights that are used to provide lighting for the special dances, speeches, or other events that need to be lit up properly for the guests and photos. The dance floor spots are controlled by a lighting control board to have the ability of being controlled at precise times and levels. A lighting control board is included. A lighting control technician is required. Atmospheric effects can be added.
The HUE is a dance floor enhancement package and includes all functionality of the ATMOSPHERE package. The Hue includes 4 LED Lights with color-changing ability and are used to provide a wash for the special dances, speeches, or other events that need to be lit up properly for the guests and photos, and then random color-changes are used to enhance the dancing. A lighting control board is included. A lighting control technician is required. Atmospheric effects can be added.
The SILVER Package provides the ability to spotlight the couple at different stages of the night and create lighting scenes with texture and color. These scenes can be created for the guest walk-in looks, the bridal party and wedding couple entrance spots and effects, the first dance and parent dance spots, a cake cutting spot, and dance effects. Control of the uplighting and a lighting control board is included. A lighting control technician is required. Atmospheric effects can be added.
The GOLD Package is a complete package that will provide all the elements to put the entire night in the proper light. It includes the SILVER Package elements and the SPOT package to provide highlighting for the dance floor. Control of the uplighting and a lighting control board is included. The PLATINUM Package is a complete package that will provide all the elements and a little extra to put the entire night in the proper light. It includes the GOLD Package elements and the HUE package to create incredible lighting scenes and effects to the space and dance floor. The DIAMOND Package is the top of the line in our Production Packages. It includes the PLATINUM Package elements, but adds 4 more moving heads to create incredible lighting scenes and effects to the space and dance floor. Intelligent Lighting is an element that will set your event to the next level. With controlled movement we will create scenes for guest walk-in, bridal party entrances, and special dances. A Table Spot or Pin Spot is a tight beam focused light that will highlight your expensive centerpieces to perfection. Our Pin Spots are a battery-powered, magnetically attached, warm white fixture that works best with low-lying or tall floral centerpiece. Dual point lighting is preferred, but single position works when done properly.
In the same way as all the other spot options a Cake Spot illuminates your fantastic wedding cake. Very important for pictures and for your guests to see it prior to your first cake cutting. Cake spot lighting should be from above and sometimes from multiple points based on placement for best results!
A Couple Spot pulls you out of the dark. It is a light fixture that will softly illuminate you while saying your vows or sitting at your sweetheart table. We use one to two light fixtures which will be adjusted by manual dimmers, or controlled by a light board for on/off operation.
A Dance Floor Spot will put you in the proper light for your first dance or for those special speeches and toasts. It usually requires two fixtures to ensure that the floor is lit 360 degrees for all the guests to see the events taking place. Requires a control board and technician and works best with a Production Package!
Food looks better when it is lit. Whether it is a food station, buffet, dessert bar, or even your alcohol bar they all look better with light. It is important to consider that your decorative lighting will be set to levels and colors to provide the room “look”, but the food should not look like the room.
If you have opted for a band over a DJ, it is very important to light the musicians properly. No one wants to have a band you can’t see. Stage lighting will typically require at least 2 fixtures for a smaller musical group, but can require more for a larger set-up.
Our LED Votives are perfect for tall centerpieces such as Manzanita Trees or crystal beads, candelabras, or other tall piece. They are battery-powered and can be set to any color to match your decor. This option will typically include 2 or more lights for each table depending on the size of the centerpiece and can be used in conjunction with our Pin Spots.
When it comes to lighting up your vase style centerpiece you can go with a what is called a Floralyte option, but it doesn’t add up to or Vase Light option when it comes to output and overall results. The lights are bright and can be set to any color to match your lighting decor.

The Festoon backdrop is slightly different to the swagged option in that it uses a different style of string light and bulb. This is a great addition to any of our other Edison Bulb items and works well for cake, table, and ceremony backdrops. Each bulb is adjustable in height and use a vintage Edison style light bulb. The lights hang from a stained, wood frame that is 10’w x 8’h.
Our Starburst Lighted Banches are 24″ in diameter, LED, and come in silver with adjustable RGB lights, in gold with warm white lights, or in gold with warm white lighted, leaf tips. We can hang them in a tent, open air, trees, and indoor event spaces. A beautiful, unique element surely to to enhance any space!
If you love the vintage look this option works best in tents or event spaces that have dropped ceilings for attachment of lighting. With brass sockets and Victorian-style light bulbs these hanging sockets can be used to cover an entire area or hang over a table to create a chandelier.

A great alternative to a typical chandelier are these 18” diameter beaded columns which are 14’ tall and have a beautiful, white base. Add a light in the center to give them any color you need. We have 6 in inventory!
A unique lighting fixture, these 26” brass lights provide a beautiful ground texture on all 4 sides. Our Scroll Towers are perfect for outdoor events and work very well for ceremony aisles, pathways, or creating a space. These bring a lovely textured look to the space and look beautiful doing it!
Our paper lanterns are available in 14 colors and sizes up to 30”. We find that we hang them mostly from our market lights which naturally illuminates them, but we also have battery-powered lights for use independent of other lighting.
Our large LED nylon balloons will look fantastic hanging from the ceiling of your venue. As large as 10 feet in diameter these beautiful orbs offer an RGB light to perfectly illuminate them. Sizes options include 10 ft, 6 ft, and 3ft.
With cold spark fireworks machines, you receive even better effects than with your traditional sparklers. With the cold spark system, you will not only get a dazzling 11-foot-high display of fireworks, but they are completely safe. While traditional sparklers can run hotter than 2,000 degrees Fahrenheit. The Sparkular system produces sparks that are 100 percent safe and non-flammable. Perfect for your Ceremony, Grand Entrance, First Dance, or Spectacular exit
The Dance on a cloud effect uses a dry ice machine to create a low-level fog. It is great for the first dance, the entrance, and a halloween or winter themed event. The dry ice effect will last approximately 3 – 4 minutes. Should not be used outdoors!

Haze is an element that will create an atmospheric element and will allow light beams and laser effects to be seen in the air to create an added visual effect to the space. A fire department fire watch is typically required by the venue to turn off the venue fire system and incurs an additional cost paid by the client.
Cryo Cannons are machines that create a quick blast of CO2 up to 25 feet. We use them for grand entrances, dancing, birthdays, special performances, or sports events. They are definitely and attention getting and fun element to add to your event!

When a video projector won’t work or you like the look and portability of a large flat screen to show your video and/or slideshows. We have 65” Smart TV’s on stands. Use them for the cocktail party, for the kids room, or to make sure you don’t miss the game!
If you are in need of microphones and speakers for your rehearsal or ceremony. We can provide you with the equipment you need with wireless mics, powered speakers, and audio connections for music or video playbacks. We also work with your videographer to capture the audio of your ceremony.
When you are in need of a handheld or lavalier microphone we carry the best in quality. Whether you need one, two, or ten, reliability and clear sound are key in a moment such as a ceremony to ensure that your quests hear everything. Especially the I Do’s!
If you need additional power for your event look no further. As a licensed electrical contracting business we know power and how to add the power you need and avoid issues that inexperienced companies have very little or no knowledge of. Safety is our FIRST priority!
Our evaporator fan rentals are the next best thing to A/C units. They are a less expensive option to cooling down your quests and because they oscillate they provide a much better result than standard Evaporating Fans. These fans will cool up to a 1500 sq. ft. area.
